Returns and Exchanges
We ensure that returning and exchanging items purchased on Commwea is not a headache. If, for whatever reason, you are not satisfied with item you received from a seller, follow the process below. Simply pack all the items purchased from Commwea in their original packaging. Items bought as sets must be returned in sets. Send the parcel to stated return address and inform us immediately by emailing us: email@example.com , ensuring to include the information listed below:
- Item order number
- Delivery tracking number (if available)
- Reason for returning item
Eligibility of Items for Return or Exchange
Customers have the right to return any purchased items within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the moment of receiving those items from the Seller through the Commwea Marketplace. The items can be returned if their consumer properties, factory labels, and ready-for-sale condition are preserved. If you are returning an item due to existing damage upon receiving the item, please state as mentioned above. To return the items, Customers must follow the process stated above.
Returning and exchanging Items with discovered defects
Customers are entitled to notify the seller of any discovered defects and demand to rectify them within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the moment of the receiving the Items from the Seller through the Commwea Marketplace. The only exception are defects caused by improper handling of the Items by the Customer. To return the items, Customers must follow the process stated above.
Receiving funds back after returning or exchanging
The payment method used to purchase the Items which you wish to return, or exchange will determine the time it will take to receive back your fiat or crypto currency.
If you purchased the Items with VNT or XVT from your VNTPay wallet, the amount paid will be returned to the VNT Wallet Address provided on your return or request exchange form. Please allow up to 24 hours for your VNT to be sent.
If you purchased the Items using fiat currency, Pound (GBP), Euro (EUR) or Dollar (USD), with your Visa or Mastercard Debit or Credit card, the amount paid will be returned to the same account used to make the purchase. Please allow up to 3-5 business days for your funds to be deposited.
